From Spartanburg, SC:
Take I-85N. Take Exit 95 towards NC-18/Gaffney/Shelby.
Take NC-18N (Lafayette Street) to Shelby.
Travel through downtown
Shelby. Turn left onto Grover Street. The
Sanger Clinic is on the left.
From Kings Mountain, NC:
Take US-74W towards Shelby. US-74W
becomes US-74 Bypass W. Turn right onto
Lafayette Street (NC-18). Travel through
downtown Shelby. Turn left onto Grover
Street. The Sanger Clinic is on the left.
