| Chicken 2 pounds |

| Egg Mixture |

| 1 beaten egg |
2 Tbs water |
| Flour Mixture |
|
| 6 Tbs flour |
1 tsp salt |
| 1 pinch pepper |
|
| Cornflakes Mixture |
|
| 1½ oz. cornflakes (crumbs) |
1 oz. parmesean cheese |

| Preparation & Cooking Instructions |
|
Rinse and skin chicken.
Dip chicken into flour mixture, egg mixture and cornflake crumbs.
Spray pan with Pam.
Bake at 375° for 1 (one) hour.
Serves 4.
