Lite Chicken

Chicken 2 pounds  
Egg Mixture  
1 beaten egg 2 Tbs water
Flour Mixture  
6 Tbs flour 1 tsp salt
1 pinch pepper  
Cornflakes Mixture  
1½ oz. cornflakes (crumbs) 1 oz. parmesean cheese
   
Preparation & Cooking Instructions

Rinse and skin chicken.

Dip chicken into flour mixture, egg mixture and cornflake crumbs.

Spray pan with Pam.

Bake at 375° for 1 (one) hour.

Serves 4.
