| 2 cups cholesterol free liquid egg product |
3 cups skim milk |
| 2 cups low-fat cheddar cheese |
1 tsp salt |
| 6 slices lite bread (can use wheat) |
1 lb turkey sausage |

Spray 9x13 pan with Pam
Line with bread
Brown sausage and drain
Mix egg product, milk, cheese, salt
Add sausage
Pour mixture over bread
Cover and refrigerate overnight
Bake at 350° for 1 hour
Serves 4-6
