From Shelby, NC:
Take US-74 E/E Dixon Blvd towards Kings Mountain. Take the US-74 BUS exit toward Moss Lake. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for US-74 and merge onto US-74 BUS E/Shelby Rd. Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute will be on the left.
