Take I-77 South to I-485 East toward Pineville to Johnston Road (Highway 521). Merge right onto Highway 521 South via Exit 61. Go approximately 9 miles. CMC-Carolina Lakes Medical Plaza will be on your left at Jim Wilson Road. Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute is located in Suite 250.

From Columbia, SC:

Take I-77 North to I-485 East toward Pineville to Johnston Road (Highway 521). Merge right onto Highway 521 South via Exit 61. Go approximately 9 miles. CMC-Carolina Lakes Medical Plaza will be on your left at Jim Wilson Road. Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute is located in Suite 250.

From Lancaster, SC:
