Take US-321N into Boone (approximately 41 miles). Turn right onto Deerfield Road toward Watauga Medical Center. At the next road turn right onto Mary Street. Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute is on the left.

Take I-40E to US-64 exit (Exit 103) toward Morganton/Rutherfordton. Turn left onto US-64E. Turn left onto US-321N and follow into Boone (approximately 25 miles). Turn right onto Deerfield Road toward Watauga Medical Center. At the next road, turn right onto Mary Street. Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute is on the left.

Take US 421N into Boone (approximately 28 miles). Turn left onto US-105 Ext and follow to intersection of US-321. Turn left onto US-321S/Blowing Rock Road. Turn left onto Deerfield Road toward Watauga Medical Center. At the next road,turn right onto Mary Street. Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute is on the left.

Take US-321N toward Lincolnton/Gastonia. Merge onto I-85N via the ramp to Charlotte. Take Exit 36 for NC 16/Brookshire Blvd toward US-74E/Downtown. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for NC 16S and merge onto Brookshire Blvd/NC 16S. Continue to follow NC 16S. Continue onto I-277S. Take Exit 1E for Stonewall St toward Kenilworth Ave. Turn right at E Stonewall St. Continue onto Kenilworth Ave. Turn left onto E Morehead St. Turn right onto S Kings Drive. Turn right onto Medical Center Dr into the entrance to Carolinas Medical Center. Turn right at the 4-way stop onto Blythe Blvd. Turn right into the front entrance of Medical Center Plaza. There is valet parking available at the front of the building. Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute is located on the 3rd floor of Medical Center Plaza in Suite 300.

Go West on Mary St toward Deerfield Rd/NC-1522. Turn right ont Deerfield Rd/NC-1522. Turn left onto Longvue Rd/Longview Dr. Turn right onto Blowing Rock Rd/US-221/US- 321. Turn right onto NC-105 Ext/US-221/NC-105. Continue to follow NC-105 Ext/US-221. Turn right onto US-221/US-421/E King St/NC-194. Continue to follow US-421S. Merge onto I-77S via Exit 265B toward Statesville/Charlotte. Take the I-277E/US-74E/NC-160/Wilkinson Blvd/John Belk Frwy/West Blvd exit (Exit 9). Merge onto I-277N/US-74E via Exist 9B. Take the NC-16S/Kenilworth Ave exit (Exit 2A) toward Third St/Fourt St. Take the Kenilworth Ave ramp. Turn right onto Kenilworth Ave. Turn left onto E Morehead St. Turn right onto S Kings Drive. Turn right onto Medical Center Dr into the entrance to Carolinas Medical Center. Turn right at the 4-way stop onto Blythe Blvd. Turn right into the front entrance of Medical Center Plaza.
