Take US-321N into Boone (approximately 41
miles). Turn right onto Deerfield
Road toward Watauga Medical Center. At
the next road turn right onto Mary Street.
Sanger Clinic is on the left.
From Asheville/Linville, NC:
Take I-40E to US-64 exit (Exit 103) toward
Morganton/Rutherfordton. Turn left onto
US-64E. Turn left onto US-321N and follow
into Boone (approximately 25 miles). Turn
right onto Deerfield Road toward Watauga
Medical Center. At the next road, turn
right onto Mary Street. Sanger Clinic is on the left.
From Wilkesboro, NC:
Take US 421N into Boone (approximately 28
miles). Turn left onto US-105 Ext and follow
to intersection of US-321. Turn left
onto US-321S/Blowing Rock Road. Turn left
onto Deerfield Road toward
Watauga Medical Center. At the next road,turn
right onto Mary Street. Sanger Clinic is

Dr. Leverne Smith Fox, Jr. was born and raised in Boone, a proud graduate of Watauga High School and Appalachian State University. After years of practicing in Florence, SC, Dr. Fox has returned home, where he will join the established team of Dr. Peter Ashline, Dr. Jeanette Billett and Dr. Joseph Helak
